"I still somehow managed to kill it"
Setting it up was easy, so I don’t think the product was the problem. But somehow my plant still died within two weeks. My personal take is that this might work fine for someone with a greener thumb than me, but apparently I can still mess it up.

"Looks great in my living room"
I put it on my shelf in the living room and noticed right away how much nicer the whole area looked. It just fits the space really well and makes the shelf feel more put together. I’m really happy with it.

"Got banged up in shipping, but they handled it quick"
Mine showed up damaged from shipping, which was kinda annoying, but they got a replacement sent out really fast. So yeah, not perfect at first, but they fixed it no problem.

"Refund was fine, but getting a replacement was honestly a hassle"
So, my plant showed up in rough shape, and I ended up reaching out to ask for a replacement. They did get back to me, which I appreciated, but it took a few back-and-forth messages, and I had to send photos more than once. Like, it just got kind of annoying after a while.

The refund part worked out okay in the end, so that was fine. But the whole process felt slower and more complicated than it needed to be. I mean, I like the idea of the site, but this experience definitely made me hesitate about ordering again anytime soon.

"Plant arrived looking ridiculously healthy"
I was impressed when this plant showed up. The leaves looked super fresh and perfect, like it had just come straight out of a greenhouse. Not a single bit of damage that I could see, pretty much the healthiest plant delivery I’ve ever gotten.

I was expecting at least one sad leaf or some spilled soil, but nope, this plant showed up looking ridiculously healthy. Not a single broken leaf, the soil was still exactly where it belonged, and it looked fresh the second I opened the box. I was worried about shipping for no reason at all. Absolutely, 100% happy with it.

"Looks just like the photos"
I ordered from easyplant and felt satisfied when it arrived. The plant looked almost exactly like the photos on the site, same general size, shape, and the leaves looked just how I expected. It didn’t feel like those overly staged product pictures where the real thing shows up totally different. What I saw online is basically what I got, and I’m really happy with it.

"Honestly worth the money"
I wasn’t totally sure at first because they’re not exactly the cheapest plants out there, but once mine showed up I felt way better about it, the plant looked healthy, the packaging was solid, and the pot actually looks nice enough that I didn’t feel like I had to swap it out right away.

I also really like that it’s low effort since I don’t have to go buy a bunch of extra stuff or stress too much about watering it all the time, so for what you get I think it’s a good value and I’d definitely order again.

"I was a little worried it might show..."
I was a little worried it might show up way smaller than it looked online, you know how that can happen. But it was pretty much exactly what I expected. The height, the fullness, everything matched the photos and size details really well. No tiny plant hiding in a big pot or anything like that. I’m really happy with it and I’d definitely order again.

I got this for my sister’s birthday because I had a feeling she’d like it, her reaction just proved me right. "Actually keeping my plant alive"
I’m terrible with plants, but this self-watering pot has made things so much easier. My plant still looks good after a few weeks, which is basically a miracle for me. If I end up buying more of these, I’m blaming whoever runs this because now I’m tempted to get more plants.

"Care tips made it way less stressful"
I’m not the best with plants, so I really appreciated the care tips from Easyplant. Like, it was super simple and just told me what to do without making it feel confusing or overwhelming. The watering info helped a lot, and my plant still looks good weeks later, which is kind of a big deal for me. It definitely made me feel less nervous about, you know, accidentally killing another plant lol. Really happy with it.
